TCCS #4: Drowned in Moonlight
On episode 4 of the Talent Crush Chat Show, Chris & Stevie discuss the work of the legendary Carrie Fisher, speak with wonderful artist and friend of the show Beth Morrell, and dispense some Unreliable Advice on how not to be creepy.
Carrie Fisher was an actor, author, and advocate. Over the course of her expansive career she appeared in such films and television series as Star Wars, When Harry Met Sally, 30 Rock, Catastrophe, and many more; she was a novelist and screenwriter responsible for such works as Postcards From the Edge, Wishful Drinking, and The Princess Diarist. The warmth, intelligence and humor with which she explored the complexities of human relationships helped define heroism for generations.
Beth Morrell is an LA-based freelance artist as well as the colourist for cartoonist Dave Kellett. She holds a BFA in Painting from Western Washington University and an MFA in Digital Art from Digipen Institute of Technology. She co-hosts the podcast Old Maids and is the artist for the upcoming web series Honestly Charlotte and short film that spawned it. She would very much like to pet your dog.
